2024 Chevrolet Traverse Performance

The 2024 Traverse is powered by a 2.5 L turbocharged engine delivering 315 horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque which is more power than the previous models. This engine is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission  and comes standard with front wheel drive and available all-wheel drive.

The Z71 trim offers more capability off-road  and comes standard with a twin-clutch all-wheel-drive system, an off-road tuned suspension with an inch more ground clearance, 18-inch all-terrain tires, special terrain specific driving modes, hill descent control, and a trailering package. The 2024Traverse has a max tow rating of 5,000 pounds. The RS grade on the other hand gets a sport-tuned suspension, 22-inch wheels and a three-spoke flat-bottom steering wheel.
